The Frances A. Patterson Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of a remarkable woman whose love of horses, dedication to 4-H, and commitment to helping others touched countless lives.
Created by Frances’s friends, the scholarship supports Portage County students who have been active members of an Ohio 4-H Horse Program as they continue their education beyond high school.
Through this scholarship, Frances’s legacy lives on—encouraging the next generation to pursue their goals while carrying forward the same passion, determination, and generosity she shared with others.
