The Portage Foundation Human Services Fund focuses on programs and non-profits that support and build the resiliency of area residents. Previous grant recipients include veteran programs, special needs adoptive education and family support, and autistic family support and programming.
Donations made to the fund are distributed during our annual grant cycle to Portage County area nonprofits and programs. Grants recipients are selected based on recommendations from the Grants Committee and approval of the Board of Trustees.
Donations to the Human Services Fund can be made by check, mailed to: The Portage Foundation, PO Box 623, Kent, Ohio, 44240. You may also donate online with debit or credit cards via PayPal by clicking on the button below.
